Pastor Kevin Adams
Pastor Kevin Adams has been in ministry for 16 years and with Spirit of Faith Christian Center for 13. He serves full time in the ministry and is on the pastoral staff of SOFCC. Pastor Kevin is also the Chief Operations Officer of the Spirit of Faith Bible Institute. Pastor Kevin has been married to his lovely wife Melody for 21 years and has two beautiful daughters Asia and Ashley. Before going full time in ministry Pastor Kevin spent 20 years in the automotive industry (14 with Mercedes-Benz) working as a sales manager, finance manager and sales consultant.

Anthony T. Adams, Sr.
Anthony T. Adams Sr. (Tony) is the owner of TCMG, Inc. (The Commercial Management Group, Inc) a property management company located in Laurel, Maryland specializing in the management of small to medium sized condominium and homeowner associations. TCMG has been in business for over 21 years, has a staff of 15 people, and manages 47 properties located in the Washington, Metropolitan Area. Tony brings to I.C.E. a wealth of experience in all aspects of business.

Thelma K. Adams
Thelma Adams is the wife of Anthony Adams and she is currently working along side him running the day to day operations of TCMG, Inc. Thelma has over 15 years of experience in sales, training, and development. Prior to her joining her husband at TCMG, Thelma served as a Clinical Practice Consultant, with a major Pharmaceutical company, where she facilitated practice expansion workshops, developed marketing and business development plans, and conducted training programs.

Chris Bridges
Chris Bridges is the Chief Operating Officer of Nirvana Mortgage Services, mother of five, and wife to Fulton Bridges. Prior to her transition as a full-time entrepreneur in January 2007, Chris was the Vice President of Business Development with Williams Lea. Over her 8 years with this company, she was responsible for securing large business process outsourcing contracts as well as responsible for a budget of over 22 million.

Gale King
Gale King is President of Treats by Gale LLC located in Burke, Virginia. Started in 2003, her company makes sweet baked goods serving the business, gift, and wholesale market. She recently testified before the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship on behalf of women owned businesses. Her current client list includes INOVA Fairfax Hospital, Hyatt Regency Capitol Hill, and Sunrise Assisted Living.

Don Schreffler
Don Schreffler owns a branch of a national mortgage lender, Dynamic Capital Corporation, and has been in lending and finance since 1986. His initial entry into finance was as a stock and bond broker who specialized in managing mortgage backed investment pools for institutional investors. He is particularly adept in marketing for service companies, with a specialized focus in strategic business planning. Don also teaches sales skills and sales dynamics and is the proud parent, along with his wife Shirley, of a new daughter, Victoria Schreffler.

Jean Smith
Jean Smith has over 25 years managing and directing services related to office administration for top executives, she brings an array of experience and expertise to her assignments. Her ability to coordinate multiple projects and functions has gained her accolades from both her employers and colleagues. Jean is also the owner of Botanical Blessings, a floral and events design business and is working towards a Certified Professional Virtual Assistant designation.
